Bethany Penner spends her days taking care of her husband and  2 young children. Her husband, Tim, is one of the owners of Benner Holsteins and Bethany thought it would be great to have a break from making the meals AND to get the whole family together for lunch!! And that's where we came in with AM1250's Meals on the Farm!! Benner Holsteins was our Thursday winner. The Mennonite Heritage Village came through in a huge way with an unbelievable Kjielke, fried onions, schmond fat, coleslaw and ham meal!! Wow!! We were blessed with fresh, homemade rhubarb platz for dessert and prizes from so many amazing local businesses who make "Meals on the Farm" possible! THANK YOU to our partners in this: Clearspring Repair, SCU, Seine River Seeds, MHV, Enns Brothers Stbh, Ste. Anne Co-Op, Richardson Pioneer, PFP Sales and Service, Marc Hutlet Seeds, Hanover Doors, Rocky Mountain Equipment, KK Penner Tire Centres, Funk's Toyota and Canadian Farm Realty.

Today we're off to Ruth Loeppky's farm. Her friend and neighbour Brenda Toews called in to win it for her and her 4 children who are now running their farm on their own. We are really looking forward to blessing them with lunch today!!

THANK YOU to all of our amazing farmers in the southeast!! We appreciate you!!
