The Hanover School Division has received the official complaint filed with the Manitoba Human Rights Commission against the division. The complaint was made on behalf of Michelle McHale and Karen Phillips.

"The Hanover School Division is now engaged in a formal complaint process, and will adhere to the required procedures set forth by the Commission. Legal council has been obtained."

The division notes no further comments will be issued out of respect for the formal complaint process.
