RCMP have released more information about a motorcycle-deer collision Saturday morning just south of St. Malo. They say a man a woman were riding on a motorcycle as part of a group that had left Lorette on a trip to Cavalier, North Dakota. They were about two kilometres south of St. Malo around 10:20 a.m. when a deer bounded across the road and hit their bike. The 62 year-old female passenger was airlifted by stars to the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg where she is listed in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries. The 64 year-old male driver was taken to hospital in St. Pierre and later released.
