Mitchell Middle School band has taken their practice outside during the pandemic, while they wait for their instrument masks.  Aaaahhh...grade 7 band. Does that take anyone back in time?

 A model on how to give thanks.

The Chabot family suffered a huge loss earlier this month when a fire destroyed their home. And what did they do this last weekend? They hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for their family. Finding ways to give thanks amidst loss is a great example and most definitely it is good stuff.

 

 

 

Rushing winter?

Some people...really love winter. So much so they can’t wait to hit the hill to board that they build a ramp in October. Apparently, fall has been too mild for some local snowboarding fans and they got busy with the snow cleared from the Steinbach arena and built a hill. Getting an early jump on snowboard season is good stuff.

 

 

  

Time is running out!

For your garden that is...snow is officially in the forecast! If you have questions about your garden and fall, this podcast is helpful and is definitely good stuff!

Leave the leaves alone!

If you don’t like yard clean up then this is good stuff for you! An environmental expert has suggested that skipping raking your yard will be helpful to animals and insects looking for shelter and food sources over the winter.
