Imagine being kicked out of your home for 11 weeks.  That is how residents of the St. Adolphe Personal Care Home must be feeling.  In mid-April, residents were forced to pack their bags and leave in order for crews to move in and repair fire code citations.  Monique Vielfaure Mackenzie is Chief Executive Officer for South Eastman Health.  She says work continues.  The owners are working to meet the long term care P.C.H. standards and fire safety requirements as well as working with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority regarding their service purchase agreement.  Vielfaure Mackenzie will not speculate on when residents may be allowed back home.
