Corny's been out and about with the MIX Morning Show again. Friday was a fun morning at the Kinder Korner Day Care where the kids had some pretty funny answers to Corny's questions like "How much money does it take to buy a house?" answers, "Twenty Dollars", "Lot's of money", "All the money". I think the last one was the closest.

Monday morning Corny moved the whole MIX Morning Show to the halls of Southwood School. They have a great breakfast program which feeds kids twice a week and gives them a healthy start to the day and helps them concentrate throughout the day.

Kim Coursey, director of Red Rock Bible Camp, stopped by the MIX Morning Show. He says even though it's cold, you can still go to camp. There's a "Mother Daughter" winter camp you can sign up for right now and it's not too soon to sign up for summer camp. Steinbach will be full of Ringette teams and fans from all over Manitoba starting today and running right through the weekend.

Adam Crookes and Marshall Sidey stopped by the MIX Morning Show to talk about the biggest event of the year at the Steinbach Arena. 28 teams from as far away as Thompson will be in Steinbach for the big tournament.

It was so good to serve you your morning coffee in the McDonald's drive-thru today. Corny brought the MIX Morning Show "Out and About" to the drive-thru at McDonald's. It's amazing how fast the crew could get the customers on their way with their breakfast. They even made Corny an Honorary Employee.

We were out and about with the MIX Morning Show. Today we joined Eldon Wallman at the Steinbach landfill. Eldon Wallman showed Corny what they do at the landfill early in the morning. And they gave Corny a chance to drive over a camper and a boat with a crusher! Check out the video.

As you heard in the news, Steinbach's monument, the big red Rolls Royce has to be moved.

John Henry Friesen designed and built this car in the mid 80's and the unveiling was in 1991. He says that if memory serves him correctly, it cost approx $24,000 to build. The Auto Dealers Association's original idea was to have it be a drivable car using a bus engine. That idea got shelved due to budget.
