AM 1250 Radio is located in the city of Steinbach, Manitoba, just 50 kilometers southeast of Winnipeg. Reaching the rural communities of Southeastern Manitoba, AM 1250 Radio targets the agricultural community and the many businesses it supports.

Some of the ladies I met at the Winnipeg Evangelical Free Church morning coffee.
What a wonderful ministry they have going at the E. Free church. They had an Olympic theme for the morning -- which was why I showed up to talk about the Olympics and my journey to get there. It was also a great opportunity for me to share my faith journey as well. I just want to say how much I LOVE sharing with women's groups. I can talk about having babies, keeping them alive in the first 6 months, how being up in the middle of the night with screaming kids is NOT a good time... and they all "get it". Thank you for that. And thank you so much for listening to The Morning Show. It's a true pleasure to meet the people that spend every morning with us.... and maybe now, we'll have a few more visitors along the way. I'm sure glad you've stopped by my blog to check it out. It was an absolutely enjoyable morning and I feel like I just made a bunch of new friends. Thank you so much for that -- and thank you for continuing such an important ministry in the church -- reaching out to other women -- I cherish meetings like that. Talk to you tomorrow
