Martial Arts was the topic of conversation at 7:45 this morning, on The Morning Show. John Sawatzky has just opened "Revelation Martial Arts" in Steinbach and they offer some great programs. They have a traditional martial arts programs for all ages, a mixed martial arts program, as well as a women's self defense course. They teach a wide variety which seems like the best idea. I also like that John would like you to call him first and make an appointment so that he can explain what they do to see if it's right for you.
