Norma Epp and Kellyanne Neufeld collected cash and food donations for the Dik family during the Senior Huskies game on Sunday
 
There was a great show of support yesterday for the eleven Dik children who were orphaned last month after a car crash claimed the lives of their parents. The Steinbach Senior Huskies chose to use yesterday's provincial play-off game as a fundraiser for the family. Norma Epp from Steinbach Credit Union was on hand to collect donations. She says it was great to see so many people donate money for the Dik Family Trust Fund. A lot of food was also donated, people came in dropping off large bags filled with groceries. Epp says she's not surprised with the response adding this is what the people of Steinbach are all about, generous and caring for those who need a hand.
