Two Lotto Winners In The Southeast

Sheldon Penner with his winnings

A resident of Mitchell has won $75,000.00 on a lottery ticket. Sheldon Penner won with a scratch ticket for the game Deuces Wild. He says he plans to pay some bills, invest some of the winnings and perhaps purchase his fiancee a new car. Penner adds the win will also enable them to take a honeymoon after their wedding, something that wasn't originally in their plans

A man from Vita has won $21,000.00 on a Blackjack scratch and win lottery ticket. Walter Beskorowainy says it was the first time he had ever purchased such a ticket. There's no word on what he plans to do with the winnings.
