
Three men from Winnipeg are facing numerous drug charges after Steinbach RCMP, Winnipeg RCMP and the East District Canine Unit stormed a property near Richer Thursday morning.
Executing a search warrant, police found an outdoor marijuana grow-op with a street value of approximately $161,000, a stolen ATV and numerous firearms.
Three adults between 35 and 50-years of age were arrested on scene and are facing charges of production of marijuana, possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking, possession of stolen property and firearms offences.
The trio have since been released and will appear in Provincial Court in Steinbach on October 4th.
