Fairway Ford in Steinbach is getting a new look inside and out.

After attending meetings in Las Vegas with the Ford Motor Company last year, Owner Ron Loeppky at Fairway Ford in Steinbach says he was inspired by what Ford is bringing to the market place.

To go along with that excitement, Loeppky says they've decided to make some changes to the dealership. “We weren't asked to do anything, this is something we felt was important to bring to Steinbach. We have a beautiful city, so we want to make our dealership look great and to bring a different calibre of shopping to our customers.”

Loeppky says the changes will start from the sidewalk in front of the dealership, and go all the way to the service department in the back. “The changes will include a new interior and exterior, side entrance, expanded showroom and a customer lounge with fireplaces.”

Loeppky says the Ford Motor Company has detailed specifications for their dealerships that have to be followed, so a lot of thought and planning goes into a project like this.

Loeppky adds, they have hired Three Way Builders in Steinbach as the general contractor on the project, and notes that all of the sub-contractors are local as well. He expects the renovations should be completed early in the new year.
