A man pled guilty Wednesday to drunk driving regarding a crash near Ste. Anne three years ago that resulted in the death of 22 year-old Robert Joubert. Joubert died after his truck, which was parked on the shoulder, was rear ended by another vehicle on the Trans-Canada Highway on June 8th of 2012. Police say the offending driver was trying to pass a semi on the shoulder when his vehicle slammed into Joubert's truck. In court Wednesday, Martin Jolicoeur pled guilty to driving with a blood alcohol level above .08. He was 26 years old at the time of the crash. Jolicoeur will next appear in court December 9th.
