This Sunday was Open Farm Day in Manitoba - where different farms and attractions opened their doors for the public to come see some demonstrations of Agricultural activity. We decided to head over to the Mennonite Heritage Village and check out the fun!

There were animals to pet, scavenger hunts, and other demonstrations and activities going on throughout the day. Not only that, but the "Open" in Open Farm Day meant admission into the MHV was completely free for the day.

And who could resist the gigantic buffet put on by the Livery Barn Restaurant? There was Borscht, Farmer Sausage, Vereniki, Chicken, and some amazing homemade iced tea. It was absolutely delicious!

It was truly an awesome time for all, and a great way to check out all the fun of farming in Manitoba.
