"Rawnata" product - created and produced by Natalie Dueck.

Natalie Dueck is from Bothwell, Manitoba -- she has 8 children and she is in the running for a Mom-preneur Award.

Natalie is a very busy mom and somehwere she found time for her entrepreneurial spirit to shine through.

Their product is raw and vegan and very healthy focussed. It is all seed based and free of all common allergens so you won't find any flour, eggs, dairy, nuts or soy in what they make. They have crunchy energy bars and flax crackers.

This all started a little bit accidentally. Back in 2003, they started making whole grain breads for the St. Norbert Farmer's Market. Natalie started this because she was experiencing some health problems and really wanted to be proactive in staying well and living to see her kids grow up.  The "Rawnata" part spun off of that over the years as more people were looking for gluten free.

2011, they won the Great Manitoba Food Fight and that just launched them to where they are today!

The Mom-preneur Awards are a National competition and Natalie is one of  23 finalists!! All vying for the grand prize of a $30,000 prize package. But for Natalie, just being able to get her product in front of more people.

The decision will be made March 3rd in Toronto and we will keep our eyes and ears open for Natalie Dueck's name in lights!! Thanks Natalie.
