Marc A. Moir joined us in the  AM1250 Studio earlier this week to tell us about the play "Padre X". Marc wrote this play. It's a true story of a Canadian Chaplain in World War 2 who snuck along with the soldiers into battle to be there for his men. During a horrible raid, he went around injecting morphene and rescued many lives and then, as the rescue boats were leaving, he was the last on board, but he couldn't help but think of the men who were left behind and dove back into the water, swam back, surrendered to the Germans and continued to care for a minister to his men. He became a P.O.W. for 3 years and almost single handedly kept their hopes alive. He came home from the war and never talked about it.

But now, his story is being told and you need to see it!

Show times: Fri.Nov.3 7:00 pm and Sat.Nov.4 7:00 pm at the Steinbach Bible College Chapel.
