Two super talented Manitobans (and no, Matt, I won't say who's is MORE talented) stopped by the AM1250 studio this morning. Comedian Matt Falk and musician Jordyn St. Cyr. But they didn't stop by to perform OR to talk about their performing -- this time they are the organizers and it's an event you won't want to miss!

The event is this Saturday, October 21st at the Niverville Heritage Centre. It's a 2-part event. The first part is featuring Al Simmons, face painting, bouncy castles and more! It's "Family time extraordinaire"!

Next, it's a Coffee House which will feature entertainment like The Wildflower, Sean St. Cyr and the band, RBB. from 7 - 9 pm.

Then, a social will end the night - running from 9 - 1 a.m.

Why are they putting all of this on? It's a huge event to raise funds. There's a group called Open Doors Niverville. They're trying to bring a beautiful refugee family to Niverville. This family is in danger and they are in hiding in Thailand as we speak. They need to get out and that's where MCC and Open Doors Niverville come in. They are bringing them to safety.

Come out to the show -- show your love and change the lives of this family.

So, the family part of the event is scheduled for 4-7 pm. The coffee house is from 7-9 pm. And the social will run from 9-1 a.m. All at the Niverville Heritage Centre this Saturday!!

For tickets, connect with Matt or Jordyn on Facebook or just pick them up at the door.

Family passes are $20 for Part 1.  Individual tickets for the evening are $10 a piece.

THANK YOU!!
