An abandon shed caught fire early Wednesday evening.
The shack was in a bush along McKenzie Ave west, in Steinbach.
In an email to Steinbachonline around 6:00 PM, Sabrina Gibson says "the fire appears to have spread to the trees and other bush around the shed."
Fire fighters were on scene for about an hour putting out the flames and then making sure the fire was out.
McKenzie Ave west from Giesbrecht Street to Parkhill Ave was closed during that time.
No cause for the fire has been reported. No injuries were reported.
