Highway #52 West in Steinbach will keep its name. Schinkel Properties had approached city council with a suggestion to change the name to Main Street West.  Deputy Mayor Dwight Reimer says there was not much feedback on the idea.  But council feels the change would be too costly for companies in terms of having to change all their correspondence.  Council was unanimous in its decision.
