The Steinbach Fire Department was called on Wednesday afternoon to a fire in the Aspen Grove Trailer Park.
Smoke could be seen billowing from a location on Aspen Three Drive early Wednesday afternoon.
Assistant Chief Mike Penner says they were called at around 1:30pm to a vehicle fire.
“When we got on scene there, the vehicle was fully involved,” Penner says. “We extinguished the fire of the vehicle, there was a little bit of melted siding on the front of the trailer, the mobile home.”
A tow truck was called to remove the burned vehicle.
Fire crews were on scene for less than an hour.
