The shelves are full once again at Southeast Helping Hands in Steinbach.
On Wednesday night more than 150 young people took part in the annual fall food drive.  Chair Hank Klassen says it was one of their best collections ever.  He adds this is their second collection in 3 months.  They needed to do another round because their first attempt at collecting food during the Pioneer Days parade was not as successful as they had hoped.  But they will try again next year.  The young people were not able to collect in some areas of Steinbach and Mitchell.  If you still have food you would like to donate you can drop it off at Extra Foods, Safeway or Sobeys.
