Works and operations chair Kevin Stott says work on the new lagoon is going better than expected. There is a lot of racket just outside of Niverville these days.  Construction crews are going all out digging the new lagoon.  Works and operations chair Kevin Stott says the weather has been ideal for this project.  On Tuesday they plan to open the tenders for the force mains.  The goal is to have all the construction done in fall so everything is ready for a spring start up.  A road was also completed to the new lagoon at a cost of nearly $100,000.00.  Stott says they needed to have an all season road so that septic trucks could get to the site.
