Steinbach RCMP would like to hear from the owner of this backpack. It was recovered during an arrest.Police dog Enzo was instrumental in helping Steinbach RCMP make an arrest last Wednesday.

Officers went to a residence on Parkview Crescent and as they arrived, two people fled. A short chase led to the arrest of Kaitlyn Fehr on property-related crimes.

Corporal Garfield Henderson and police dog Enzo were called in and they helped locate and arrest Tyler Barkman on an outstanding warrant. Police also recovered a backpack the once belonged to a player with the Eastman Selects who wore #6. It was found in Barkman's possession and RCMP would like to talk to the owner.

Police say Fehr and Barkman were arrested and charged twice in February and, in both cases, were released several days later by the court system. They are now back in custody.
