Steinbach RCMP have released further information about a single-vehicle rollover Monday on Highway #12, two miles south of Steinbach.

A mid-sized car left the road and rolled in the ditch around 12:30 p.m.

The investigation determined the car was being driven by a new driver who hit the shoulder, over-corrected and lost control.

Police say injuries were not serious.
