A team of firefighters pushed one of the vehicles involved across the median.
Steinbach Fire crews responded to a two-vehicle collision in front of Loewen Windows at around 5:00 PM Wednesday evening.
Assistant Fire Chief Mike Penner says the accident happened at the intersection of Highway 52 and Giesbrecht Street. One car was trying to turn left from Giesbrecht towards Mitchell and collided with another vehicle headed into Steinbach on the 52.
Fire crews closed down one lane of westbound traffic as the situation was dealt with.
Injuries appear to be minor.
