Rebecca Thibodeau is cutting her hair for cancer.
“Why am I choosing to cut off my hair and donate it to a child battling cancer? Because it's important to help others whenever you can. I have been growing my hair for over two years now with the main goal of donating it to a child in need of a wig. So many people are touched by cancer in some way. My grandpa, Ed passed away from cancer 16 years ago, before I was born. I wish I could have met him, but there was no cure for the cancer he had. I would also like to raise money for cancer research so maybe other children will get the chance I did not have.

Please help me support a very important cause that will affect so many lives!”

Rebecca's family is so proud of her selfless attitude and generosity. Her mom, Michelle Thibodeau says, “I can't tell you how proud I am at this moment. My daughter has decided this was was something she has wanted to do for years now, and the time to make it really happen is here now. Rebecca is all set to cut off her hair at the end of September, but she has set her sights so much higher. She would also like to raise as much money as she can to go towards cancer research. Every year, new medicines are found and it is important to keep that research going. I would sincerely ask anyone wanting to make a donation to go online, or give us a call and we can write down your donation.”
