Updated 7am Sunday:

Ste. Anne emergency crews responded to a single vehicle rollover early Saturday evening on the outskirts of town. 

“It was just before 5 (o’clock), we got called out to a single vehicle roll over, just off the merge lane from 207 to Highway 12,” says Fire Chief Bob Saindon. “There were five passengers in the vehicle, three of them were taken to hospital just for a checkup and no serious injuries.” 

Saindon says it appears speed may have been a factor. 

He notes they were on scene for around an hour and a half while RCMP conducted an investigation. 

 

6:07pm on Saturday: There is a collision near Ste. Anne and the fire department has responded to the call.

The crash occurred before 6pm at the turnoff from the Town of Ste. Anne to Highway 12 north.
