Taylor or Trailer Rules and Regulations
CONTEST PERIOD:
Taylor or Trailer runs July 7 to July 26, 2023
ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to all legal residents of Manitoba, Canada, within the listening range of the terrestrial radio signals of AM1250 Radio, MIX 96, or Country 107 who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the first day of the Contest Period. Notwithstanding the above, the Contest is not open to individuals associated with the Contest, including the employees, agents or representatives of Golden West Broadcasting Ltd. (including its respective divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising or promotional agencies) and suppliers providing prizes or other materials or services in connection with this Contest. This Contest is also not open to the immediate family members of the Excluded Individuals and all other persons with whom the Excluded Individuals reside.
CONTEST ENTRY:
Contest entry will happen on SteinbachOnline, on radio stations AM1250 Radio, MIX 96, and Country 107, on social media including Facebook and Instagram, and in person on location throughout the duration of the contest period
When selected, prospective contestants will be given the choice to accept a Golden Ticket and be in a draw to win a camper trailer from Steinbach Trailers and RV OR to give up the Golden Ticket and have their name entered in the draw to win the Grand Prize
Golden Tickets are limited to one per person
Contestants can win as many draw entries for the Taylor Swift grand prize as long as they choose Taylor instead of Trailer (Golden Ticket)
Contestants who have previously won Golden Tickets may keep their entry for the trailer and still play for, and win, Golden Tickets as long they choose Taylor instead of Trailer (Only one Golden Ticket per person)
GRAND PRIZE GIVEAWAY:
A random draw from all entries will determine the winner on July 26, 2023 at 10:00 AM CDT. The winner will be contacted via the phone number they submitted in their entry form. If the winner does not respond to attempts to contact them within 2 hours, a new potential winner will be selected. This will be repeated until there is a successful attempt to contact a winner.
If a potential or declared winner is not in compliance with these Contest rules, the Contest judges reserve the right to disqualify such entrant from the Contest and select an alternative winner. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of potential finalists who respond in the allotted time frame.

PUBLICITY:
By entering the Contest, you consent to Golden West Broadcasting Ltd.’s use of your name, city of residence, photograph, video, voice, statement and image for any publicity purposes, without review or compensation, in perpetuity and worldwide.
A skill testing question may be required.
GRAND PRIZE PACKAGE:
- Round trip airfare for two (2) from Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport to Los Angeles Airport
- Fare includes one carry-on bag per person and all taxes and fees.
-Flight departs YWG August 8, 2023 at 8:00 AM CDT
-Return flight departs LAX August 10, 2023 at 10:30 AM PT
-Tickets are non-refundable
-Penalties apply for any other changes
-Winner must have a valid passport to travel
- Two (2) nights stay at Four Points Los Angeles at 9750 Airport Blvd, one room with 2 queen beds, check-in August 8, 2023, check-out August 10, 2023
- Two (2) tickets for Taylor Swift- The Eras Tour, Wednesday August 9 at 6:30 PM at SoFi Stadium, Inglewood, CA
GRAND PRIZE PACKAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Any applicable additional costs shall be established by the airline and will be the responsibility of the Prize winner and his/her guest
- Ground transportation, meals and other costs beyond flights, hotel and concert tickets are not covered and are the responsibility of the Prize winner
- Once flights have been confirmed, no name changes are permitted, and any penalties associated with a change in reservation/itinerary will be the responsibility of the Prize winner and his/her guest
- The approximate retail value of the Prize is five thousand dollars ($5000.00 CAD). There is no cash surrender value.
- All incidental costs and expenses associated with the Prize that are not specifically referred to herein, including (without limitation) sales taxes, meals, travel and medical insurance, in-flight meals, entertainment, gratuities, incidental and personal hotel expenses are not included, and are the responsibility of the prize winner.
- Each prize winner and his/her guest are responsible for all required travel documentation
- Each prize winner may be required to present a valid major credit card (in the name of the prize winner or his/her guest) upon arrival at the hotel in order to cover any expenses incurred above and beyond standard hotel room charges.
Golden West Broadcasting Ltd. assumes no responsibility due to changes and/or cancellations to any or all components of the prize package.

THE DECISIONS OF THE CONTEST JUDGES ARE FINAL. In the event of a conflict between the rules and any instructions or interpretation of these rules given by a Golden West Broadcasting Ltd. employee regarding a Contest, these rules shall prevail. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process, interfere with these Contest rules, deliberately damage any website or undermine the administration, security or legitimate operation of the Contest, is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Golden West Broadcasting Ltd. assumes no responsibility for entries lost, stolen, late, delayed, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or for the failure, interruption or delay of any email or other communication to be received, for any reason; problems with the function of any website or website feature howsoever caused; the malfunction of, or damage caused to, any telephone network or lines, computer equipment, data or software, online systems, servers or access providers; any functionality lost due to not having cookies enabled; traffic congestion on the Internet or on phone lines; the security or privacy of information transmitted via computer networks; or for breaches of privacy due to interference by third party computer "hackers." Golden West Broadcasting Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend, cancel, close, suspend or reinstate a Contest at any time and for any reason whatsoever. Golden West Broadcasting Ltd. reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or substitute any component of a prize for its cash value or a prize of approximately the same retail value. Prizes are non-transferable, must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged by a declared winner for cash or other substitutes. By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Contest rules, which are subject to change without notice to Contest entrants individually, and each entrant releases AM1250 Radio, MIX 96.7 FM, Country 107.7FM, SteinbachOnline.com their parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents and advertising and promotional agencies, from any damage, loss or liability suffered as a result of or arising from the entrant's participation in a Contest or the use of any prize.
Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Golden West Broadcasting Ltd. for the purpose of administering this contest.
