A blizzard warning has been issued for parts of southern Manitoba including Steinbach. Dale Marciski with Environment Canada says last night's snowfall combined with today's strong north wind is creating very poor visibility. Marciski says the brunt of the storm will be felt along the Canada/ U.S. border. In fact, he says here in Steinbach we may notice very little aside from the cold conditions. Marciski says we can expect the wind to die down after lunch and the blizzard warning to be lifted later this afternoon.  But, it will be very cold tonight with a low of -26 and a windchill of -31.
