One hundred twenty-nine students have already walked through the door this year of the Youth Job Centre in Steinbach.  That is nearly double what they had all of last year.  In fact, summer employment officer Richard Bracken says most of their numbers are up this year including school visits, job orders and information sessions with employers.  One of the new trends Bracken is noticing is more youth are networking and finding jobs through friends and family.  He says most jobs this year are for construction and the average age student walking into their office is about 15 years old.  The Centre will remain open until August 11th.
