Snow mixed with rain this morning has made for a slower commute.

Environment Canada is calling for the precipitation to end later this morning and then a mainly cloudy sky for the rest of the day with a forecast high of +3 degrees.

In the Boyd Autobody and Glass road report, according to Manitoba Infrastructure, highways in the region are partly snow covered with slush. We have been told that at eight o'clock this morning, traffic along Highway 52 and Highway 12 is travelling at about 80 kilometres per hour.

Streets in Steinbach are also slick. Please drive with caution.
