St. Pierre RCMP arrested four suspects in Lorette on Wednesday following multiple break and enters at local businesses.

The St. Pierre RCMP say while officers were responding to an attempted break and enter at a business in St. Adolph at approximately 4 a.m. on January 25th they received a second call to a break and enter at a business in Lorette. RCMP say officers responded immediately and were able to intercept a vehicle that matched the description of the vehicle from the St. Adolph report.

RCMP say the occupants of the vehicle, a 20-year-old male from Iles Des Chenes, a 19-year-old female from Niverville, 20-year-old Brett Kehler from Niverville, and Valeri Plaksin, a 20-year-old male from Brooks, Alberta were all arrested without incident and charged. Plaksin and Kehler are in custody and the other two were released pending a future court date.

RCMP says the four are facing numerous charges including two counts of Break and Enter to a Business, Impaired Operation, Drive Over .08, Possess Property Obtained by Crime, Posses Break and Enter Tool, Breach of Probation, Breach of Recognizance and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
