After 8 hours of tornado watches and thunderstorm warnings, the severe weather system has moved east and out of the province. 

Since noon today, much of Manitoba was under a tornado watch. Then earlier this evening, clouds moved across the southeast, dropping various amounts of rain. 

The following information was reported through Manitoba Agriculture:

Steinbach 11mm

Marchand 7.3mm

St Adolphe 7.1mm

Elma 6.9mm

Richer 1.7mm

West of Hwy 75, communities near Winkler and Carmen, received 16.22mm of rain with trace amounts falling in Grunthal and the southeast corner of the province. 

There is no more precipitation in the forecast for tonight.
