We are dealing with the third Alberta clipper within a five-day period, and travel conditions are quickly deteriorating.

The RCMP closed the Perimeter Highway for a seventh time this winter, and motorists are reporting hazardous driving conditions throughout southern Manitoba on Saturday afternoon.

Visibility is deteriorating on the Trans-Canada Highway at Deacon's Corner.

The decision to close the Perimeter was announced at 3:49 p.m. It's the second time in just this week that it has been closed. It has since reopened.
