Staff at Arborgate School in La Broquerie are celebrating. They will finally be getting more space to help deal with the severe overcrowding. At a meeting this week with the Public Schools Finance Board the Seine River School Board was told that they will be getting money to either expand or build a new english speaking school in La Broquerie. Superintendent Roy Seidler says that can't come soon enough because the Arborgate School was designed for about 170 students and they have around 270 crammed in there. The division has been told that the expansion or new school construction will be ready to go in three years time.
