Environment Canada is forecasting snow for trick-or-treaters Tuesday evening.

The weather service is expecting rain changing to snow Sunday evening as the temperature dips to -1ºC. Flurries are forecast to continue into Monday and winds are expected to reach 70 km/hr on Monday, diminishing to gusts of 50km/hr in the late afternoon, with an overnight low of -8ºC.

Tuesday's daytime temperature is not expected to reach the plus temperatures but will stay steady near -1ºC into the evening when snow is forecast to blanket the Southeast. Then on Wednesday periods of rain are expected as the temperatures sneak above zero with a high of +4ºC.
