A semi transporting hogs was involved in a collision Friday afternoon on Highway #23, east of Morris.

An eyewitness says the semi collided with a dark-coloured Chevy van around 4:00 p.m.

The semi ended up on its side and many of the hogs ran into the ditch.

We are awaiting an RCMP report on the incident.
