Steinbach RCMP are asking for the public's assistance after the theft of a snowmobile.

RCMP say the theft occurred between Sunday at 11 p.m. and Monday at 7 a.m. in the High Point area in Steinbach. The snowmobile is a 2010 Polaris 800 Dragon IQ with Manitoba license plate 9H294.
