Steinbach RCMP stopped an impaired driver over the weekend.

Police responded to the call on Friday at 10:22 pm. According to RCMP, a 26-year-old male from the Rural Municipality of La Broquerie was stopped on Steinbach's Main Street.

The individual was issued an immediate roadside suspension. He will also have his vehicle impounded for 30 days and his driver's license suspended for 90 days.
