This will be quite the sight as you are driving this weekend.  About 30 people will be riding their horses from Steinbach to Grunthal and then back again.  Jason Neufeld with the Range Riders Horse Club is organizing the event.  He explains the reason this group is willing to spend over 18 hours on a horse this weekend is because everyone  believes in the work being done at the Children's Hospital.  Neufeld adds having 7 children himself, he's realized the importance of supporting this organization.  The group left Steinbach Saturday morning, then spending the night in Grunthal before riding back to Steinbach Sunday.  Neufeld says they'll have to take it easy on the trip because the hot weather affects the horses.  We're being asked to avoid honking the horn while we drive past them as that startles the horses.
